HAQI Foundation, in collaboration with USAID/ESP and OMNI, proudly hosted an Inception Workshop on "Community Media for Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)" on May 30, 2024. The workshop took place at Amdna Hotel in Mekelle and marked a significant step in addressing the mental health challenges in post-war Tigray.

The event brought together key stakeholders, including mental health professionals, media experts, and community leaders, to discuss the integration of community media in promoting mental health and psychosocial support. June 1, 2024 - Launching Workshop of "Heal Tigray Community-Based Mental Health" Project

Continuing its commitment to mental health, HAQI Foundation held a launching workshop for the "Heal Tigray Community-Based Mental Health" project on June 1, 2024. The workshop took place in Wukro town at Serdo Hotel and was attended by local healthcare providers, community leaders, and project stakeholders.

This project focuses on providing accessible, community-based mental health services to those affected by the conflict in Tigray. It aims to create a sustainable support system through training, capacity building, and community involvement.
